How to Fix Data Not Showing Up in Power BI?
The following are some detailed steps to troubleshoot and fix data not showing up problems in Power BI:
Check the data source connection
The first thing to do is to make sure that the data source you are trying to connect to is correct and that you have the necessary credentials to access it.
To do this, go to the Home tab, then click the dropdown in Transform data, and select Data source settings to open the Data source settings.
Verify that the data source connection is correct and that you have the necessary credentials.
Refresh data
Go to the Data tab in Power BI and click on the Refresh button to refresh the data manually.
Check for data privacy levels
In Power BI, different privacy levels control the sharing of data. So, make sure that the data privacy levels in Power BI match the privacy levels of the data source.
